A stunningly aromatic Muscat from Viv Winery based in Piedmont. 

This wine is 100% Muscat, from a single vineyard in the Monferrato Hills. Hand picked and destemmed- these grapes have endured spontaneous fermentation and a maceration that lasts between 5 to 10 days depending on the vintage. 

Expect in each bottle of this opaque macerated white wine- floral notes and hints of chamomile and honey, freshly cut grass, ripe apricots and peaches, with a touch of tropicality.
