Red and white grape co-ferment by Anne Buiatti from the Bordeaux Region of Graves!

This love story starts with Sémillon, Merlot and Malbec, all being handpicked and pressed with the delicate feet of Anne. This vibrant juice is then fermented with indigenous yeasts in amphora before being matured in amphora, again,  for three months.

Light, juicy, glou glou wine- always a winner!
