If there is one wine that best represents Marco's vibrant self and philosophy, it would be La Briccona Bocciata dalla Commissione- 100% Barbera d'Asti Superiore.  

Why? This wine was previously rejected by the 'commission' in charge of giving out the 'DOCG' because it didn't meet their industry standards because it had not been filtered. 

Fast forward to 2023- it was awarded the top wine by Slow Wine. This Barbera D'Asti speaks for itself!
