Have you ever tried a natural wine from the region of Bordeaux?
Anne from Maison Advinam is going to blow your mind with her incredible blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (typical Bordeaux blend) with the added twist of Syrah from her tiny parcel of Syrah vines from the South of France.
All hand picked, indigenous fermentation in concrete, then 12 months of maturation in in both amphora and oak barrels. Finally, the wine rests 12 months in bottle before we get our hands on it!
This medium bodied red is full of stewed fruit, plums, chocolate and wooded spices.
This is the Autumn wine, to pair with a beautiful dinner, or to open with a friend for those deep talks that last late into the night.
